Wow, this video program is really bad , very outdated!.
Wow, this video program is really bad ,downloaded the latest version avail in 2016, and very outdated, suprisingly there appears No custom HD options at all,(Even most Free Downloaders can download in 4K HD) all Max Output quality is still pretty Low resolution, especially for a "Pay software", compared to other much better FREE downloaders converters.
* The entire process of downloading one simple 5 min video was not easy or fun at all with this Downloader, it was super slow, took approx 15 mins just to download 1 video, other free converters can do this in under 1-2 mins, plus far too many Nag screens, received 25 times during one short video download, far , far too many, and not worth the frustrations. Seriously, who would pay for this?
Support does not even get back to as they promise. Just a Waste of time!
